He earned a bachelor’s degree in private law during his college years. He then went on to become a private investigator, a profession he has been practicing since 2012.
Mr. DE VILLEBLANCHE also worked in the close protection sector for six years in Southeast Asia (the Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia).
Thanks to this experience, he speaks English fluently and has many contacts around the world.
Mr. DE VILLEBLANCHE is also a graduate of the prestigious Private Research Institute (IFAR) and is a member of the CII (Council of International Investigators), an elite organization of international investigators, through which Aquila Stratégie benefits from a global network of professional, reliable, and effective detectives.
He is the Executive Director and Managing Partner of Aquila Stratégie.

In 2021, Mr. DEFOSSE decided to devote himself to private investigation after completing training at the prestigious Institute for the Training of Private Investigators (IFAR), where he earned all the certifications required to practice as a private investigator.
He is now Director of Operations and Managing Partner at Aquila Stratégie.

Born in 2003, Sarah DA SILVA embodies the new generation of private investigators trained to the profession’s highest standards. After beginning her career with two years of law studies at the University of Nice, she continued her training by enrolling in the CQP program and then the bridge program, before earning the IFAR professional certification in 2025. She officially joined Aquila Stratégie that same year as a managing partner.
She holds a Class B driver’s license and a three-wheeled vehicle license, and works in the Cannes–Nice–Monaco area. She is trilingual in French, Portuguese, and English, and has an intermediate level of Italian and Spanish, allowing her to navigate with ease in a highly international environment.
Driven by a high degree of rigor and a strong sense of commitment, Sarah applies her skills to the agency’s most sensitive cases.
She is the Director of Investigations and a Managing Partner.

With a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Insurance and a bachelor’s degree in Private Law, both earned through the prestigious specialized program at the Institute for the Training of Private Investigators (IFAR), Mr. Guerier possesses dual expertise in law and finance.
This solid academic background, complemented by hands-on professional experience, has enabled him since 2022 to handle cases requiring in-depth analysis with rigor, discretion, and efficiency, while strictly adhering to the legal framework.
He currently serves as Managing Partner and Director for the Brittany and Pays de la Loire regions.
